BREAKFAST: Gruyere cheese
LUNCH: Ramen (I was home and it was all we had)
DINNER: Salad with Nigella Lawson's, Venetian Lasagna (gluten free)
DESSERT: Half a Magnolia Cupcake
(I just read what I ate and have to say, THIS WAS NOT A HEALTHY DAY)
As I was home yesterday I decided to go to Trader Joe's at the end of the day with Crys. Does that store make you as happy as it makes me? Everything is so well priced and delicious. I had to control myself from buying all of their yummy frozen hors d'oeveres. (I'm a firm believer that anything wrapped in non-gluten free phyllo-dough is DELIGHTFUL) and just pick up essentials and stuff to make Nigella Lawson's, gluten free Venetian Lasagna. It might not look pretty (see below) but it tastes damn good. GDubbs, who came over for dinner was miffed that I didn't cook like this when I was staying at his place in Chinatown.
