GFJ (273-275)... I should never do back-to-back liver cleanses...

I did another liver cleanse this weekend... I felt like the one I did the previous weekend was null and void since I ended up stuffing my mug and drinking like a fish the entire weekend.. So, I decided to do another one on Saturday. BIG MISTAKE... I think all the toxins from my San Francisco trip decided to come out during this liver cleanse as I woke up at 2.30am Sunday morning feeling VIOLENTLY ILL with my heart pounding as if I had spent an evening hanging with Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton. I vomited like a bullimic College girl after a binge session and wanted to shank myself with a shiv the rest of the cleanse..

Note to self, anything that I put into my body will eventually bite me in the arse later.

Friday: I spent the day hungover.. I wanted to go home and hit the hay apres work but then we decided to go see THE TOWN.. Pity that beast was sold out...

BREAKFAST: Bacon, Egg and Fromage Breakfast Sandango
LUNCH: Gluten Free Quiche and Arugula Salad
DINNER: Mexican Fiesta at home..

(Below: Whole Wheat Chicken Quesadilla and fresh Guacamole)

Saturday: Ikea on a Saturday is pure hell, especially if you are starving cause you're doing a liver cleanse...

BREAKFAST1: Fage with Cherry
BREAKFAST2: Scrambled Egg Whites and Chicken and Sage Sausage.
LUNCH: NOTHING
DINNER: NOTHING

Sunday: I was dead sad... my liver cleanse wasn't as good as the one I did last week.. perhaps cause YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO DO THAT BACK-TO-BACK.... The only good thing about Sunday is that we got our apartment living room settled so now I can have Baby N and Sweet T come for sleepovers.

BREAKFAST/LUNCH: Breakfast Quesadilla....
(Below: No, that is not ketchup on my BQ.. it's HOT SAUCE.)

DINNER: Don't judge but we went to Caracas again.. After setting up the apartment we needed something easy peasy to eat.. We were going to eat at home but couldn't deal. Because the line for the restaurant was so long we got take-out... Since they make those beasts by hand, we had to wait 30mins for take-out. The Taquenos and De Pabellon Arepa I ate were well worth the wait.
