So, I decided to do a "Five Bite Per Meal Diet"... I started off doing well. I had five bites of quiche for breakfast (I mean, quiche has eggs, that's sorta breakfast, right?) and then it went downhill for lunch. I met Coco at Caracas and there was no way I could just have five bites of my arepa.. Plus, we split a salad. What if I had give bites of salad, that would mean no arepa.
Since I blew the Five Bites for lunch, I decided it would be okay to eat a lot of other stuff for snack, dinner and dessert.
As a result of my lack of self-control, I'm now at home, on this gorgeous day, fasting for my liver cleanse.. UGH!
BREAKFAST: Five Bites of Quiche
LUNCH: Salad and the De Pabellon Arepa at Caracas
SNACK: Crys and I were both at home yesterday so we had some Organic Roasted Garlic Hummus and Baked Lentil chips
SNACK: Cave Aged Gruyere
DINNER: Quiche, again.
