Don't get me wrong, I totes appreciate that PR maven, Kelly Cutrone could giving a flying f*ck what people think about her.. I'm just curious as to IF she owns makeup. I mean, she went to US Weekly's 25 Most Stylish New Yorkers party. She obvi knew she was going to get photographed... Wouldn't you think she'd throw on a little lipstick?
