On our way to Gracious Home, I saw a homeless lady, furtively look around
before she busted out a bank card to gain entry into a Citibank ATM
vestibule. This lead me to conclude that the homeless person was: a)
not really homeless or b) using a stolen card..... When I mentioned
this to LaLa she told me that there aren't really any homeless people
in Austria because they are taxed. Is that cruel or amazing?
