What was Suri wearing around Toronto the other day...

I didn't notice this hot mess of an outfityesterday as the picture I posted of Suri had Katie holding her.... but, may we please take a moment to discuss Suri's outfit. Is she running around Toronto in pj's and rain boots? Is life always, "whatever Suri wants, Suri gets"?
