I saw Rachel Zoe on Regis and Kelly yesterday. She was wearing this amazing tassel bracelet. I thought that it might be a part of her QVC collection so I jumped on their site. Didn't find her jewelry up there but I did see that Kenneth Jay Lane peddles his good on there... I told Kelly and she found this bracelet for me. It's under 40 bones, I think I might need to get it.
