When I was in College, there was a girl who always copied everything I had. It annoyed me and my friends would say, "imitation is the sincerest form of flattery". I think that saying is a crock. Clearly, an imitator came up with that line to appease the person they were copying.
I was reminded of this yesterday morning, when NPops pointed me in the direction of a blog that happened to sound a lot like mine. Now, don't get me wrong, I know that Perez Hilton and PinkIsTheNewBlog paved the way for this format of commentary.. I am unoriginal in this regard. I am, however, different slash defined, by my colloquialisms and the fact that I put my personal favorites and life into the blog.
This other blogger is basically plagarizing my thoughts and it's annoying. If you can't come up with your own commentary on things, then please go poach from someone else, not me.. Thanks!
