GFJ (320) Getting back on the healthy wagon... one meal at a time...

After my binge eating and drinking EXTRAVAGANZA last week, I'm going to try to get back on the somewhat "healthy wagon". It's all about being healthy one meal at a time.

Actually at first, I was thinking of ditching the solids and just drinking juices from Liquiteria for a few days. (When I told Lady V that I was thinking of doing a Liquiteria juice cleanse she looked at me like I had five heads.. Apparently they don't take recreational pills nor do juice cleanses in London). Then I looked at my schedule and realized this wouldn't work well with the dinners I already have penned in my book.. So, I decided to go with "Eating Healthy, One Meal At A Time"....

Last night was the first healthy meal I had. LaLa roasted some chicken breast in a Mustard Marinade and we ate it with City Bakery's Kale Salad. It was amazingly healthy slash my body into shock afterwards.

BREAKFAST: Fage with Strawberry
SNACK: Raw Cashews and Cheddar
LUNCH: Tempura Udon (NOT HEALTHY)
SNACK: Carrots and Gluten Free Crackers with Dill Dip from Grace's Marketplace
DINNER: Healthy Chicken and Kale Salad.


Chicken Breast marinated with Mustard, Sage, Lemon, Salt and Pepper, VERY LITTLE OLIVE OIL, garlic and onions...

The cooked chicken with kale salad. There was basically NO fat on this dish... something I am NOT used to.
