GFJ (265) I baked my first quiche...

Last night I called my mom on my way home. I told her proudly that I was going to make the Martha Stewart Spinach and Gruyere quiche. Her response, "Don't put too much cheese in there"... My silent but deadly response was a MAJOR eye-roll and a mental, "GFY"...



BREAKFAST: Bacon, Egg and Fromage Sandwich.
LUNCH: Nothing.. That sandango made me dead full.
SNACK: Damn those peanutbutter m&m's.
DINNER: Five X-Large bites of Spinach and Gruyere quiche.

(Below: Final product... Okay, so I took out the quiche prematurely cause the egg part was cooked and I was hungry for my five bites.)
