I found these bad boys last night at WholeFoods and I'm officially in LOVE. Julie's Organic Gluten Free Ice Cream Sandwiches might even be better than regular ice cream sandwiches. They are a little piece of heaven on Earth. Check them out for yourself and let me know what you think.
