GFJ (248) Muscle v Fat...

There are three gyms by our new apartment. LaLa and I are going to try out each one and then pick. Last night, we hit New York Health and Racquet Club where we found this Muscle v. Fat display. How gross is it that 1 pound of fat is a big blob next to 1 pound of muscle? I need to look at this picture everyday as motivation to hit the gym.




BREAKFAST: Apple Larabar
SNACK: Popcorn
LUNCH: A cup and a half of gluten filled penne a la vodka (DO NOT JUDGE)
SNACK: Carrots and Hummus.
SNACK: Carrots, celery and HOMEMADE Hummus
DINNER: Gluten Free Quiche
DESSERT: Julie's Gluten Free Ice Cream Sandwich.
